Morgan Ritchie has been Sts’ailes’ Heritage Research Archaeologist for over 10 years, working in the Xwiléxmet department. On behalf of Sts’ailes, Morgan has developed lands and resource management plans, heritage policies, and initiated many collaborative research projects that include educational opportunities and knowledge sharing. During his time working with Sts’ailes, Morgan has conducted extensive fieldwork, including survey, mapping, and excavation at numerous sites. This research has contributed to a deeper understanding of Sts’ailes’ long-term settlement histories and landscape use.
